Mother of Herbs

One of my favourite herbs that grows like a weed in our climate is Mother of Herbs (Plectranthus amboinicus). It goes by many names and I use it in many ways in my garden and kitchen. I thought it might be useful to share a plant profile with its diverse uses (see attached). I also use this abundant herb to make dried Italian Herbs seasoning. It's easy and saves money dried herbs.
