It’s that time of the year around here, when, if you don’t have any, you’ll find someone who has bunya nuts. If you’re unsure what to do, I have upload a guide in the files, which also includes a recipe for a chocolate brownie. If you process nuts, how do you do it and what do you do with it?
Bunya Nut Flatbread (This recipe makes 4 flatbreads, so good for two people.)
100g bunya nuts
1 egg
25 g olive oil
¼ teaspoon salt
50g tapioca flour
Process the bunya nuts to a fine meal before adding the remaining ingredients and mix well. Add more oil if a bit dry. Fry in a little oil, flipping to cook on both sides.
