I was asked for some recipes the other day at the cob oven workshop and we talked about setting up a recipe page. I thought I’d add the crackers in this thread and then if people want to add other pumpkin recipes they can. I have adapted this recipe from one that was just a seedy cracker recipe when we had a lot of pumpkins, and I was trying to find ways to use them up.
