One of my favourite herbs that grows like a weed in our climate is Mother of Herbs (Plectranthus amboinicus). It goes by many names and I use it in lots of ways in my garden and kitchen. I thought it might be useful to share a plant profile with its diverse uses (see attached).
I also use this abundant herb to make dried Italian Herbs seasoning. It’s easy and saves money buying dried herbs. The flavour is also superior. Let me know if you enjoy making your own dried herb blend or have different uses for this wonderful plant.
